The subject matter of data protection is personal data. These are according to § 3 para. 1 BDSG individual items of data relating to the personal or professional circumstances of a specific or specifiable person. To make use of the registration form you need to enter you name and e-mail address. Furthermore, your IP address forwarded to us and saved. The GmbH uses this data to answer your inquiry or to give you information. This also applies to the e-mail address used by the GmbH for individualised contact with you following your contact request regarding the City Slide in this or past years. Irrespective of the afore-mentioned purposes it may be, that the GmbH saves personal data permanently due to legal storage obligations. Following completion of the purpose for which data was forwarded to us, the data will be – assuming there is a legal storage obligation – initially locked until with they are deleted automatically with the expiry of the various statutory retention periods. Without your consent,your personal data will not be given to third parties, unless the GmbH is forced to do so by legal or official instruction. Data processing through use of the web page
The webserver of this internet page automatically collects and saves you server log file information that is transmitted by your browser. These are: type of browser and version, the operating system used, referrer URL (the previously visited page), host name of the accessing computer (IP address) as well as the time of the server request. This data cannot be connected to a specified person. This date will not be merged with other data sources. No direct connection to the servers of the social networks is made through the internet browser you used and no data is transferred by only using this website.
